Non-Emergency Repair Service For Your Fireplace
While we do NOT offer emergency service, West Penn Fireplaces provides scheduled service appointments for fireplace maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. A service call fee applies to all appointments and covers the technician’s time to inspect and diagnose your fireplace.
If repairs, replacement parts, or additional work are needed, our technician will explain the issue and discuss the recommended repair and any additional costs before proceeding.
